The Cottages at Hobble Creek community lies in a high alpine meadow of the canyon. The natural landscape is characterized by a quilt of grassy meadows defined and surrounded by Oak, Cottonwood, Aspen, and Maple woodlands. Most of the lots (approximately 1 acre each) are perched above the riparian corridor of Hobble Creek and Whittemore stream channels providing the soothing and rejuvenating comfort of nature's greatest sedative - flowing water. Dramatic views of the surrounding mountains are highlighted by the snow capped peaks on the western ranges.

To a great extent, this particular piece of land shares a heritage with the early Utah homesteaders who painstakingly formed it by clearing this high meadow area for their ranching and farming livelihoods.
